ELECTRICAL REPLACEMENT

Under our framework with Sanctuary Housing, we were appointed on a full design basis to replace the existing estate-wide external & communal lighting, which was beyond its economic life expectancy. 
To add value, our experience and practice ethos shows our commitment to resident’s social values, economic & environmental well-being, whilst meeting the authorities maintenance and capital budget expectations by working with the contractor to deliver a design & build contract, and harmonises the end user expectations.
