Under this framework with Southwark Council were appointed to design and replace the existing boiler plant which was beyond its economic life expectancy, along with associated upgrade of fire alarms, lighting, power and commercial kitchen services within a Grade I listed building.
To overcome the challenges with planning and heritage, we ensured our team delivered a design that met these requirements and reduced energy consumption and improve the thermal environment of the building by ensuring existing building occupants activities such as weddings were met.
